A) How does the delivery process work?

If your location is not serviced by our delivery partners, our team will reach out to arrange an alternative solution, ensuring your order reaches you.
- B) Estimated Delivery Time
Our delivery timeline is 5-9 working days across West Bengal. However, some factors such as regional holidays, high demand, or unforeseen circumstances like adverse weather may extend this period. Additionally, during Durga Puja holidays, our operations pause for approximately 10-14 days.
We appreciate your patience during festivals or political disruptions and will strive to ensure the quickest possible delivery despite these challenges.

As per company policy, we do not provide tracking numbers. However, if your delivery exceeds 7-8 working days (5 days a week excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and regional festivals or holidays) after placing your order, please reach out to us at info.cpl@chhaya.co.in for assistance and updates on your order.

1) Do we deliver across India?
Currently, Chhaya delivers exclusively in West Bengal. If you require delivery for bulk orders outside West Bengal, please email your request toInfo.editorial@chhaya.co.in and Info.cpl@chhaya.co.in, and we will get back to you.
2) Where in West Bengal do we deliver?
Chhaya delivers to all regions within West Bengal, ensuring your order reaches you no matter where you are. Please provide your full address, correct Pin code, and contact number to help us facilitate smooth delivery.
3) Shipping Options
We offer both Standard and Express shipping, which can be selected during checkout based on your preference.
4) Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
At this time, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid through secure online payment methods.
5) How are orders packaged?

6) Can the shipping address be modified after an order is placed?
