On 20th May, 2020 a severe cyclone named Amphan hits West Bengal with a gusting speed of 130 km and caused various disaster in some districts of West Bengal, like North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas, Kolkata.

Total 1200 families (700 in South 24 Pargana and 500 in North 24 Pargana) were the part of that relief where they are helped with food grains and medicines.
