Where are Chhaya Prakashani books available?
Chhaya Prakashani books are available through leading bookstores and booksellers across West Bengal and Tripura, as well as select booksellers across India for our ISC publications. You can also purchase books directly through the Chhaya website and our official Amazon Store.
Are all Chhaya books available on the website?
Our website features a wide range of Chhaya publications. However, some titles may be temporarily unavailable or out of stock. If you cannot find a specific book, please contact us through the Contact Us page, and our team will be happy to assist you.
Where does Chhaya Prakashani deliver?
Currently, we deliver across West Bengal. For bulk orders or delivery requirements outside West Bengal, please contact us at info.cpl@chhaya.co.in, and our team will be happy to assist.
Which locations in West Bengal do you serve?
We deliver to all serviceable locations across West Bengal. Please ensure you provide a complete delivery address, correct PIN code, and contact number while placing your order.

What shipping options are available?
We currently offer Standard Prepaid Shipping. Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment.
Doy you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. We currently accept prepaid online payments only through our secure payment gateway powered by Razorpay.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery timelines are displayed during checkout. While we strive to deliver every order promptly, delivery may occasionally be affected by courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, our team will generally inform you over phone or through the contact details provided during your order. Shipment tracking details are not routinely shared but may be provided upon request wherever available.
How are the books packaged?
Every order is carefully packed using durable packaging materials to ensure your books reach you safely and in excellent condition.
Orders, Returns & Support
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Once an order has been placed, the delivery address cannot be modified. If you require assistance, please contact us immediately, and our team will guide you with the available options, including placing a fresh order if required.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. If you require assistance, please contact us at info.cpl@chhaya.co.in within 24 hours of placing your order. While cancellation cannot be guaranteed, our team will review your request wherever possible.
Do you accept returns or replacements?
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please notify us by emailing info.cpl@chhaya.co.in and info.editorial@chhaya.co.in within 7 (seven) working days from the date of delivery, along with your order details and relevant photographs.
Claims regarding non-receipt, incorrect title(s), quantity discrepancies, or erroneous delivery received after 7 working days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

Can I request a specimen copy?
Yes. Schools, teachers, and educational institutions can request specimen copies through the Request a Specimen section available in the website header or by visiting the Specimen Request page.
How can schools, institutions, or booksellers place bulk orders?
Schools, colleges, educational institutions, and booksellers can contact us through the Contact Us page or email info.cpl@chhaya.co.in for bulk order enquiries and institutional requirements.
Does Chhaya provide digital learning support?
Yes. Many of our publications are supported through the Chhaya App and digital learning resources, including the Chhaya Smartclass YouTube Channel, enabling students to continue learning beyond the classroom.
Are eBooks or PDFs available?
Currently, Chhaya publishes printed books only. We do not provide downloadable PDFs or eBooks for our publications.

How can I report a pirated copy or unauthorized reproduction of a Chhayapublication?
Chhaya Prakashani is committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of its authors and publications. If you come across any suspected pirated books, unauthorized photocopying, scanned PDFs, or illegal digital distribution of our content, please report it to info.cpl@chhaya.co.in with relevant details, photographs, links, or supporting evidence. We treat all such reports confidentially and take appropriate legal action against copyright infringement wherever necessary.
Is my personal information safe when I place an order?
Yes. Chhaya Prakashani is committed to protecting your personal information. Customer details collected through our website are used solely for order processing, customer support, and related services in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or misuse your personal information.
